1933 North Dakota License Plate PAIR Plates MINT/New Old Stock NICE!!

This pair of vintage license plates is MINT/New Old Stock and have never been on a vehicle. There still is a little wax paper stuck to them from the original wrapper. See the close up photo for detail.
I do not know if this pair is DMV clear...
HOWEVER: Even if you do not plan to register these plates to your car, a nice model-year pair like this always good to have, simply to display on your vintage auto at car shows, local parades, and other events featuring classic cars.
