    elegant antique French silver clad carving set exhibits a Neoclassic pattern on the handles with laurel branches and acanthus leaves. The handles bear the French “

    ”, indicating that it is at least 80% silver, the guarantee used in Paris since 1838. The knife blade and the upper part of the fork are chrome plated steel. The blade of the knife is stamped “

    ” and the upper part of the fork is stamped “
