This board is suitable for replacing the following original chips: Dallas 1287 and Dallas 12887.
1.1 Features:
Replaces a Dallas DS12887 Real-Time-Clock chip, and provides user-replaceable battery so you don't have to replace the entire chip when it runs out.
Uses a small, common, CR1220 cell, found in supermarkets and stores.
Watch orientation when installing. The chip has a notch at the Pin-1 end (see the photos).
Battery is included.
