his particular card is serial number AO 5304.  It's a full length Nubus card (13"), so it won't fit in all Nubus Macs.  I don't have the manual or the software, so you'll need to do some research to determine if this card will work in your Mac and to locate the required software.  Since I can't test this it is offered at a ridiculously low starting bid as-is for parts or repair with no returns or refunds
