Where there’s an opportunity to improve the quality of an original part, we take it. Some might call that going above and beyond. We call it going the extra mile after mile.
    • A remanufactured and improved torque converter is included with every transmission.
    • To eliminate the possibility of front seal leaks, vibration, and premature bushing wear, all torque converters are tested for leaks, lock-up, concentricity, and balance.
    • Every fully remanufactured valve body, with complete system correction and recalibration kit, is tested independently.
    • All wear-prone valves are restored to stringent specifications and vacuum tested to confirm proper function.
    • Each remanufactured transmission is hot, cold, load, and simulated road tested (Computer-Aided Road Simulation) dynamometer program.
    • All remanufactured transmissions are backed by the industry's best, no-hassle nationwide warranty.
    THE PARTS PUT INTO  OUR TRANSMISSION
    • Complete system correction and recalibration kit installed to address several OE flaws. Modifications include updates to the servo, the PR system, and the accumulators. The 4L65E has been upgraded to Corvette-style servos.
    • An oversized PR valve is utilized to restore hydraulic integrity.
    • TCC Regulator Valve and the Actuator Feed Limit Valve updated to address common wear problems.
    • 1-2 Accumulator Piston, upgraded to aluminum, replaces the OE plastic piston that can cause premature clutch failure.
    • Tru-Flat stator qualification and machining process.
    • Sun Shell updated to the latest, strongest and most durable design, eliminating common OE failure.
    • High Energy 2-4 band installed to increase durability over the OE design.
    • High Energy 3-4 clutch pack upgraded from 6 to 7 clutches to increase durability and torque capacity.
    • Completely remanufactured pump with new line bore bushings to eliminate leaks and provide superior flow and durability.
    • All surfaces of the completely remanufactured pump are restored and the rotor and slide are matched to the pocket depth to restore OE clearances. Each pressure regulator valve bore is CNC machined to accept a new oversized valve along with a new boost valve and sleeve.
    • Fully remanufactured torque converter is tested for leaks, lock-up, concentricity, and balance. Upgrades exceed OE requirements and eliminate the possibility of front seal leaks, premature bushing wear, and vibration.
    • New custom-spec bushings improve internal fluid flow control and pressure.

    Wearable parts are automatically replaced. All core materials are closely inspected and checked against original equipment specifications for correct dimensional tolerances. Replacement parts are new and made in the same production process as original equipment. Testing is performed to manufactured specifications and original production standards.
