1. Item description:
ISA Compact Flash Adapter for 8-Bit PC, XT-CF Lite 4.2 Bootable.
1.1 Features:
This board, when used with a custom BIOS like the XT-IDE Universal BIOS, allows the use of modern Compact Flash card on the 8-bit ISA bus.
This bootable expansion card provides a Compact Flash card interface to 8-bit ISA systems such as PC/XT and
PC/AT. Typically paired with a 32MB or 1GB CF card. Silent, and more reliable than an old mechanical hard drive.
EEPROM is programmed with the latest version r602 2019-05-09 of «XTIDE Universal BIOS» firmware.
1.2 Note:
The IDE interface on the board is only intended for connecting a Compact Flash card via an adapter. The hard drive will not work if it is connected directly to the IDE connector, so this board is not designed for regular IDE hard drives.
It is also necessary to observe the orientation of the board installation in the computer - see the photos in the lot. If installed incorrectly, the board and/or the motherboard may be damaged.
The height of the board with the inserted Compact Flash card is 120 mm. Check whether the board with this height will fit in your case in advance.
The tested and recommended CF card size is from 32 MB to 2 GB. The adapter can work with a larger volume of CF card, but it is not guaranteed.

2. Outer appearance and condition:
Good condition, tested, working.
The IDE connector is installed on the adapter board with a small angle of inclination, look carefully at the photos.
