Right now lots of items are not making it to their destination on time. Lots of items are making on time too, no rhyme or reason. That is something I cannot help. I ship out all items with in 24 hours on business days. After I drop it in the carrier's hands I can't do a thing about it. The delivery times are guaranteed by eBay not me, that is totally their deal but is based on the fact that I always get my items out on time. If you are not willing to be patient and wait, just keep looking elsewhere. I do not have time to keep sending detailed messages out and adding tracking numbers that are already provided. I know this sounds bad, but if all buyers could be sellers for a little while, they would understand how infuriating it is to do everything right and still get blamed for something someone else did or did not do.
I have been taking care of my wife for sometime now, and I just started
having
to take care of both of my parents because of dementia .
In the near future I will have to
discontinue
selling all together as their needs increase.
Electrical Components that do not use standard wall receptacles are not returnable once installed. Devices with a serial numbers will be recorded, any device without a serial number will be inconspicuously marked. All activity in the shipping and receiving area is recorded for future reference.
I do not answer questions on weekends. Sorry. It is just me here, and I have to have a break.
Any item sold after 11:00am on Fridays will not ship until the following Monday. Please keep in mind the time zone
differences when waiting on a reply.
In some cases I may not answer a question if the answer is already in the listing.
I will not change shipping addresses, they have to go to the eBay / Paypal Registered address. Please make sure your address is up to date.
