As most of my followers know, I have been an avid collector for many years, & convinced my husband, John, that he should become one too!  Based on the many Holiday listings I have & have had in my eBay store, we
enthusiastically
embraced Christmas decorating, & learned along the way, that almost ANYTHING can become a Christmas decoration, given some beautiful Holiday embellishment.  Hence we found that "Alice in Wonderland's Royal Tea Party" could be the focal point in one room, Peacocks could land in your Christmas tree, climb up the garland on a staircase, or sit upon a tall armoire in the Dining Room.  The Blue Fairy could come rescue Pinocchio from the Blind Cat & the Fox, Jack could rescue the golden harp from the Giant, & save the day, & a Santa could bring a Christmas jungle into your home.
One of the artisans we came to collect was a woman in Lubbock, Texas, who called her creations "YaYa Santas"  We acquired our first one from "The Market" on Preston Road in Plano in 2006, & a year later acquired our second . . . a 32" tall Santa designed in a safari theme dressed in jungle silks, satin, & velvet with wooden ornaments, hand carved animals, bells, & "gold" trim as embellishments.
I have long since sold that beautiful piece, but the year we acquired it, we decided to use him as our "signature" piece & decorate the house in an "Out of Africa" theme.
Among the ribbon, material, & other safari acquisitions was this
anthropomorphic
"Zebra Prince".  His royal costume is made of velour & satin with feather embellishments & gold braid.  He carries a tall walking scepter that has been "blessed" by his tribe's shaman & is enhanced with "magical" beads, charms, & feathers.
Recalling an era of safari expeditions, this handsome "Zebra Prince" sculpture will introduce a bit of the wild fantasy into your home. Made of matte-finish cast resin & dressed in satin, velour, feathers, & gold braid, this sculpture is both exotic & playful.
While this "Zebra Prince" & his matching ornament have been displayed, we have always taken a great amount of care in the handling & presentation.  They show very little wear, & I would categorize them to be in EXCELLENT PRE-OWNED
condition.

CONDITION
Many of my items are vintage & fairly aged; accordingly, there may be some issues with individual pieces that are associated with the passage of time.
Each piece is gently used & may exhibit minor paint loss, chips in the base, and/or paint anomalies due to the vintage quality of the item.
I have looked each of them over to detect any major flaws. Any serious damage, fading or discoloration that I can perceive will be disclosed; however small flaws (i.e. imperfections in the glaze/paint, a slipped stitch, etc.) may be missed.
ALL OF MY COLLECTIONS HAVE BEEN STORED IN A TEMPERATURE CONTROLLED ENVIRONMENT IN OUR SMOKE-FREE, PET-FRIENDLY HOME.
