Here is a Top Quality 800/1000 Standard Solid Silver French Tastevin or Wine Taster of Classic Design with 1809 – 1819 Provincial Cockerel Mark
The Taster has a Beautiful Fluted Bowl with a Traditional Snake Entwined Circular Handle with the Correct Partial Marks
The Edge of the Bowl is Engraved with the Original Owner’s Name “L. GAUDIN” – There is a Maker’s Mark “MBB” marked on the Bottom of the Tastevin
The Tastevin measures 3 Inches in Diameter (7.5 cms), 4 Inches Across the Handle (10.5 cms), and weighs 1.8 Ounces (50 grams)
