This 12" card has composite and S-Video inputs and claims to be able to capture a video frame in 24-bit color in real time from an NTSC analog video source.  I found lots of information about this card and at least one source for downloading the required Mac software by searching the web for "MASS Microsystems Quickimage 24"  Please do your research to be sure that this card is compatible with your Macintosh.
